InvoiceMatch Desk is licensed, not sold, to you by EARTHLOOM HOLDINGS LIMITED. It is provided as is, and you remain responsible for checking reconciliation results before relying on them for payments or accounting.

Purchases and subscriptions

Pro is a yearly subscription ($49 per year) billed through Stripe. It renews automatically until cancelled; manage or cancel using the link in your Stripe receipt email. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the app, or use it for unlawful purposes.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, EARTHLOOM HOLDINGS LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Governing law: Hong Kong SAR.
