No. Matching runs entirely inside your spreadsheet or browser tab. The only network call is the optional licence check when you click Activate or Refresh, and it sends only your licence key.
It reconciles up to 50 lines per side. Pro removes the limit and writes the full report sheets into your workbook.
Pro is $49 per year. After checkout you receive a licence key by email. Paste it into the Pro box in the task pane and click Activate.
Use the link in your Stripe receipt email to manage or cancel the subscription. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
The invoice numbers matched but the amounts differ by more than your tolerance. The notes column says whether it looks like transposed digits, a VAT difference or an unapplied payment.
